Angela brings over 20 years of leadership experience in sales and operations, with a proven track record of success across diverse industries. She has 10 years of business-to-business sales experience in the staffing industry, where she specialized in serving OEM manufacturers, and 10 years in retail management, honing her expertise in operational efficiency and team leadership.

Most recently, Angela served as Regional Sales Manager for a $2 billion organization, overseeing sales and operations across North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Maryland. Her ability to align strategic goals with operational execution has made her a trusted partner for driving business growth and delivering tailored solutions to clients.

Originally from the Richmond, VA area, Angela now resides in Wake Forest, NC, with her husband, Tommy. Her dedication to excellence, customer focus, and operational expertise make her an integral leader in the organization.

Charles Cunningham has over 30 years of experience in business development across North America, Charles “Charlie” Cunningham has been a driving force behind the growth of numerous manufacturers and product lines. His expertise spans a diverse range of industries, including automotive, defense, aerospace, agriculture, lawn & garden, medical, and consumer products. Throughout his career, he has successfully cultivated strategic partnerships, expanded market presence, and led high-performing sales teams. His extensive industry experience and travels have made him a highly connected professional, valued for his ability to bridge the gap between buyers and engineers.

Charles holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and is widely recognized for his technical acumen and ability to navigate complex sales and engineering conversations. His collaborative approach and keen business insight have earned him a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry.

Born in Florida, Charles later moved to Tennessee, where he graduated from the University of Memphis. It was there that he met his wife before settling in Bowling Green, Kentucky, where they raised their family. Today, he enjoys spending time with his growing family and staying active with friends—often on the pickleball court.

After a long and distinguished career spanning both the manufacturing and representative industries, Mark has chosen to transition from his day-to-day responsibilities at GCS into a more strategic and advisory role. While stepping back from daily operations, he will continue to serve as a mentor and consultant, offering his invaluable expertise and guidance. Additionally, Mark will remain engaged in managing key strategic accounts, ensuring continuity and excellence in client relationships.

In recognition of his dedication, leadership, and the significant contributions he has made to the growth and success of GCS, Mark is honored with the title of Rep Emeritus. This distinction not only acknowledges his impact over the years but also ensures his continued presence as a valued part of GCS’s 33-year history.

Agustine Pimentel is a cross-border business and supply chain professional with over 20 years of experience supporting manufacturing, sourcing, and nearshoring initiatives across the U.S./Mexico border.

He works closely with companies navigating operations in Mexico, focusing on supplier development, total cost of ownership optimization, and long-term supply chain resilience. His experience spans multiple industries, helping align commercial strategy with real-world execution on the ground.

With a background that bridges industry and government, Agustine brings a practical, results-driven approach to complex cross-border challenges.

He is fluent in English and Spanish and holds an MBA and MPA from The University of Texas at El Paso.

He holds a degree in Commercial Art and Graphic Design from Johnston Technical College and has successfully partnered with a wide range of businesses, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Tom’s innovative and strategic approach plays a vital role in supporting GCS’s growth and strengthening its professional brand identity.

Tom is also a proud United States Marine Corps veteran (0311), having served three years and earning the distinction of a disabled veteran. His disciplined and results-oriented mindset, honed through his military service, is evident in his professional achievements. Tom resides in Wake Forest, NC, and is proud to share his commitment to service with his daughter, who is actively serving in the United States Marine Corps.

A graduate of Meredith College, she has spent the past seven years honing her expertise in business development and marketing, including three years as a Business Development Specialist at a leading financial advisory firm. In this role, she played an integral part in the firm’s growth, spearheading strategic initiatives and enhancing its marketing efforts.

Kelly is recognized for her big-picture thinking and goal-oriented mindset, always striving for measurable success. She believes that effective communication and dedication are the cornerstones of strong, lasting business relationships.
